There was no pressure from Dan or any of the staff. We had a good time but were not quite ready to by a car. A few months later, after narrowing down what we were in the market for, my wife and I went back. This time we were greeted by Dustin Jones (Sales Consultant) who continued the enjoyable experience we had with Dan. My wife and I left with a splendid Honda Insight Touring at a honest price. I had the most pleasant car buying experience with the Roseburg Honda team. I'm an officer in the US Navy, domiciled in Oregon and stationed in California. Daniel helped me purchase a new CRV Hybrid on line and went above and beyond in helping to arrange Oregon DMV registration and shipping down to San Diego. Additionally, had the Roseburg team install a hitch, unfortunately due to a mistake it ended up being the wrong size and Daniel and his manager, Aaron, kindly refunded the entire amount of the hitch. You can't go wrong with this team and you can trust that they'll do right by you
“Treat you like family” is a motto Roseburg Honda truly lives up to! My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 CR-V Hybrid here when we were driving home to CA on a road trip. We visited the dealership due to a question we had about our amazing 13 year old CR-V which we were planning to replace soon. While we were there we asked about the new models on the lot and were helped by such a nice and well informed salesperson, Elicia. Aaron the sales manager accompanied Elicia in helping us, and together they presented a very agreeable and fair deal. Everyone we met the day of our purchase, Jon, Aaron, Elicia, Lynn, Diana, and Ken were all genuine and real. We never knew that purchasing a new car could be such an easy task! One day when we consider buying another Honda we will not consider another dealership. Another trip back to Roseburg Honda will be a drive we will be happy to make!
